I am proud to introduce the new release of my latest book: “Bike Workouts for Triathletes: 180 Bike Workouts to Improve Power, Speed and Endurance.”
This book will not only provide you with 180 workouts for you to incorporate into your training regimen, but I’ve also added in a compilation of Biking Articles ranging from how to find bike shoes to how to determine your FTP (functional threshold power).
This book includes a variety of workouts including intervals, tempo, endurance, “short and sweet” workouts for those times when you are time-crunched and combo workouts with have more than one type of training in the same workout.
